Veronica is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Visions 2 Ventures, a mission-driven consulting firm committed to empowering labor organizations, government agencies, and nonprofits through strategic insight, leadership development, and program transformation.

A Proven Leader in Labor & Government
Veronica currently serves as the President of AFGE HUD Local 911, where she leads over 400 federal employees across Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, and Milwaukee. She also serves as Regional Vice President & Chief Steward of AFGE Council 222, representing over 5,300 HUD employees nationwide. Her leadership has resulted in major grievance resolutions, contract negotiations, and precedent-setting agreements. Her work bridges governance and grassroots activism—providing policy leadership while mentoring stewards, educating workers, and expanding union capacity.

Federal Housing Compliance & Community Impact
Before launching Visions 2 Ventures, Veronica spent nearly a decade at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). She provided hands-on oversight to public housing authorities (PHAs), HUD grantees, and multifamily housing developments across the Midwest. Veronica has played key roles in interagency collaboration with HUD’s Office of General Counsel, Departmental Enforcement Center, and disaster recovery teams.
Veronica’s commitment to social equity extends beyond government. She continues her advocacy through volunteer service with Habitat for Humanity Chicago Women Build and various Chicagoland non-profit organizations.
